9Limitation of Liability

• Third-party software or hardware issues.
• Account information leaked due to user negligence.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government directives, etc.).
• Indirect losses suffered by users due to technical errors.

However, if a technical error on our part directly causes a financial loss, we are committed to resolving it.

10Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure Initiated by the Company

Babur 88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or misconduct.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Indefinite inactivity (12 months+).

10.2 Closure Initiated by the Member

You can request to close your account at any time. Once a request is submitted:

• Any remaining balance will be returned (subject to rollover conditions being met).

11Right to Amend Rules
